What is the LINE-SORT® IV line organizer?
The LINE-SORT IV line organizer is an IV line organization aid with four numbered channels that separate and align IV tubing at the point of care, with a writable label area beneath each channel. It does not replace line tracing, verification, securement, or clinical judgment.

Use at least two pads approximately 12 to 15 inches apart along the tubing pathway. Place one IV line in each channel without forcing, kinking, compressing, or tensioning it. Label the designated areas according to facility policy and reassess placement during care and movement. Follow the Directions for Use.

Can the pads or holder be reused?
The pads are single-patient use: discard between patients, and do not reuse, reprocess, or re-sterilize. The reusable, wall-mountable polycarbonate Box Holder is a separate product; follow its applicable maintenance requirements.

Flexible EVA foam with low surface absorption and no metal components. Pads are supplied non-sterile. The published specifications include dimensions and the statement that the pads are not made with natural rubber latex.

What comes in each case?
The LINE-SORT IV Line Organizer Case (SKU: LS-040-C24) contains 24 dispensing packs of 40 pads, 960 total, and a department training guide. The Box Holder Case (SKU: LS-BH-C12) contains 12 reusable, wall-mountable polycarbonate Box Holders and is sold separately. Individual dispensing packs are not sold separately; samples are available for evaluation.
