Information We Collect

• Employment or credential information (if voluntarily submitted)
• Other information you choose to provide through our forms or direct communication

Information entered into the SORT Score calculator remains in your browser and is not sent to Line-Sort Medical when calculating results or downloading a PDF. If you choose to email a personalized Value Analysis, your calculator inputs and results are sent with the contact and facility information you provide.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the products and services you request
• Send SMS notifications and updates (where you have opted in)
• Improve customer service and respond to your inquiries
• Generate and email a requested SORT Score Value Analysis packet
• Process employment- or staffing-related communications

SMS & Mobile Consent

SMS consent is obtained when you voluntarily provide your phone number through website forms, employment applications, or direct communication and explicitly opt in to receive text messages from Line-Sort Medical. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. For details about our SMS program, see our Terms of Service.

Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with subcontractors who provide support services on our behalf, such as customer service, solely to help us deliver the services you request. Messages you submit through our contact form are processed by Resend, a third-party email-delivery service, for the sole purpose of routing your message to us. If you request a SORT Score Value Analysis, Resend processes your email address and personalized analysis packet to deliver the packet to you and a private copy to Stephanie Herndon at Line-Sort Medical. Resend may retain message and delivery records to operate and secure its service. Replies to these emails are directed to Stephanie.

When you allow analytics, Google processes limited website usage information through Google Analytics 4 on our behalf. Vercel and Cloudflare may also process limited technical and performance information while providing hosting, analytics, security, and content-delivery services. We use Vercel BotID to help protect email requests from automated abuse. It processes technical browser and request signals for security; calculator values are not sent as analytics events.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookie-free website analytics and performance measurement provided through our hosting and content-delivery services, Vercel and Cloudflare. These services may process limited technical information such as the page visited, browser or device category, network information, and page-performance measurements. We strip query strings from Vercel analytics events.

With your permission, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and site interactions. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you select Allow analytics. If allowed, Google may set first-party analytics cookies and process limited device, browser, approximate location, and interaction information. We do not enable advertising storage, Google Signals, or ads personalization, and we do not send form entries, contact details, SORT Score calculator inputs, or protected health information to Google Analytics.

You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time using Analytics choices in the website footer. We do not use advertising cookies.

No Patient Information

Our website is a product-information and business-contact site. It is not designed or intended to collect patient information, and we ask that you do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, or any other protected health information through our forms. If you need to discuss a matter involving patient information, call us at 844.227.1838 and we will arrange an appropriate channel.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
