Single-use IV line organization aid
LINE-SORT® IV Line Organizer

How it works
Placement and line checks
Follow the Directions for Use and your facility’s tracing and verification policies.
Route the lines into the channels
Place each IV line into its own numbered channel, without forcing, kinking, or placing tension on the tubing.
Label each line
Use the label area beneath each numbered channel, following your facility's labeling policy. Labels support, but do not replace, line tracing.
Check the tubing pathway
Keep tubing and connections visible and accessible, with appropriate slack. Do not use the pad to bear weight or secure tubing under tension.
Reassess after movement
Recheck tubing alignment and pad placement after repositioning, transfer, or transport. Adjust as needed without kinking or compressing the tubing.

Placement guidance
Use a minimum of two LINE-SORT pads per set of IV lines, approximately 12–15 inches apart along the tubing pathway, depending on the clinical setup.
Configuration
One case, ready for your item master
The dispensing pack carton includes a stock window. Use the current SORT Protocol™ reference sheet for placement and line-check guidance.
